Carol Yuen is the Manager of Information & Cultural Services at Warringah Library which has developed Inside Break with Manly and Pittwater Libraries. Robyn Beyer is teacher librarian at Mackellar Girls Campus and is on the planning committee for the North Sydney Region Teacher Librarians’ Network.

Bruce Dennett teaches History and Education at Macquarie University and holds a Masters’ Degree in Education. He is the author of history textbooks, co-author of the Modern History curriculum and has twice won the NSW Premier’s Prize for History.

Helen Sykes is an author of educational English textbooks and has worked as editor and head English teacher. She is a specialist in literature for schools and is currently employed by Nelson in the publication of secondary English texts.

Gillian Lovell has contributed to the development and implementation of the HSC syllabus and has written text books for Heinemann for both junior and senior English. Gillian and two colleagues now write HSC English texts through The Learning Curve. These texts have been enthusiastically received in schools and have attracted an award.
